SIPOL®, well known in footwear market thanks to its polyester rod TECHNIPOL® 170, completed in the last years its portfolio with own production polyamide based polymers: the lasting polyamide rod Technipol® PA 167 and the granule Technipol® PA/G for folding and cementing operations.
Last news by Sipol® concerns the launch of the new polyester rod Technipol® 170 N: a lasting polyester rod with faster setting time. Technipol® 170 N has a higher crystallization rate compared to the standard Technipol® 170. This peculiarity brings to a reduction in term of: closing time of the blades, fewer strings formation and less consumption, as a lower quantity needs to be dispensed.
Concerning other properties, Technipol® 170 N is absolutely equal with Technipol® 170: quality, adhesion, application temperature, mechanical properties, color and shelf life remain unchanged.
