CODE OF
ETHICS

SIPOL® SpA, recognizing the need to ensure conditions of correctness, transparency, and legality in its business activities, to protect its image and market position, as well as the work of all its employees, has adopted its own Code of Ethics and has defined and implemented an Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 (hereinafter the Model).

SIPOL® SpA, in compliance with the provisions of EU Directive 2019/1937, Legislative Decree 24/2023, and the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, has adopted a reporting management system ensuring maximum protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding of the reporting person from undue retaliation, unlawful conditioning, inconvenience, and discrimination of any kind.
All necessary information is detailed in the Whistleblowing Procedure and the information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the processing of personal data.
