On the basis of the roles and work duties performed, the internal and external staff are entitled to the processing within the limits of their competences and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Data Controller.
The same data may be communicated to legitimate subjects, appointed Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, such as by way of example but not limited to companies, organizations, associations that perform services connected and instrumental to allow navigation on the Site by any interested parties and public administration for the performance of institutional functions within the limits established by law and regulations.
